THE E-COMMERCE PHOTO SITE
During my 3 years at Walgreens Corporate headquarters in the Photo division I worked on all aspects of the e-commerce journey. I helped restructure the UX/IA and developed wires of product flows for photo transactions, app interactions and email funnels based on user testing, A/B testing and site analytics that informed new methods for designing conversion-focused pages. I also designed promotional emails, photo product web pages, direct mailers, catalogs, e-commerce ads and social media campaigns from my collaborations with the marketing department, product managers, engineers and developers.
I invigorated and established brand guidelines and styling for consistent marketing across e-commerce platforms from marketing initiatives to promote and sell newly introduced products and brand partnerships with the Walgreens photo brand.
